Vineyard: against espalier training with Guyot pruning; plant density 3500/4000 plants per hectare with yields of 80 q. them per hectare
Vinification: drying in the plant, maceration, fermentation with the skins 20 days at 26° C. Racking, storage and maturation in concrete tanks.

Color: intense red
Smell: spicy, structured with notes of ripe red fruit
Taste: important body, balanced both in roundness and persistence
Serving temperature: 12/14°C
Pairing: it goes well with important courses, with strong flavors: game, stews and aged cheeses. Despite its remarkable structure, this wine lends itself to meditation and good company
